Great advice. Diet pills and the like do not work. Companies that make them would not continuously have to make 'new improved' formulas if the last one was as good as they said now would they. The only thing that works and continues to work long term is a healthy diet and exercise. Our bodies were just designed this way. Look at exercise not as a chore, but some time to improve yourself and in the process feel and look a heap better. You are right! Losing weight surely helps people have healthy lives. And unfortunately, of all of the miracle claims advertised on TV and the web, I haven't seen any that work well. Diet and exercise are the keys. Green tea can help too.

Exercise is higher level need that once it gets started, demands to be fed more and more. It's tough getting started, but when you've done it a few times you realize how much it's helping and you just want to do more.
