A Hollywood Style Diet Plan

This eating style is not necessarily bad doing this diet plan can make you lose all that extra weight, but you also have to be dedicated enough to achieve the weight loss target. Do not cheat and stay motivated. A usual breakfast comprises of one boiled egg with a slice of whole wheat bread, or you can have a bowl of cereal with skimmed milk. The preferred cereal is bran based cereal. For lunch turkey or chicken salad with a lot of vinaigrette on the top, a cup of tea with skimmed milk. An evening snack could be a glass of skim milk or low fat jello. For dinner you can have grilled chicken with salad, with two slices of low fat cheddar cheese or with whole wheat crackers. The total calories of this whole menu turn out to be around 1237 a day. The whole idea is to keep the caloric intake as low as possible. It is less then 1500 so you can calculate your self how much weight you could lose just following the diet. With a similar diet plan you will have to do aerobics or yoga at least three times in a week. If you follow this diet you will be required to add extra nutrients in the form of multi vitamins. A daily calcium, vitamin C , vitamin b and omega 3 fatty. These nutrients will give you the energy required to operate during the day with this eating regime and also fasten your metabolism.

Losing weight is not difficult as long as you follow a proper diet plan. Make sure you do the detoxifying diet before you do this diet, the detox plan would be to drink a lot of water and to be on a complete veggie fruit juice diet for at least a week in advance. You will shed of weight fast.
